Pet Policy: One pet allowed with a $50 deposit. Renter will be responsible for pet damages that exceed $50. 

Cancellation Policy: Money will be returned in full if cancellation is made two weeks prior to stay. If cancellation is made less than two weeks before stay then you will be charged a $200 (one night stay) cancellation fee.

Final payment due must be paid within thirty days of reservation in order for reservation to stand.

At time of Reservation:

1 night deposit ($200) will be collected for 1-3 night stay.

3 night deposit ($360) will be collected for 4-7 night stay.
